Yes. Deer Creek Lodge is part of the larger King David Center campus, which supports aging in place by providing access to additional levels of care as a resident’s needs change. From assisted living to skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, rehabilitation, and other supportive services, residents and families can feel more confident knowing a broader continuum of care is available within the same campus, helping make future transitions easier and more familiar.

Yes. Residents may have non-kosher food, but it must remain inside their private apartment. To help us maintain the kosher standards of our shared dining and community spaces, non-kosher food should not be brought into the dining room, Bistro, or other designated communal food areas.
Residents can enjoy meals in our main dining room, visit the Bistro for a more casual setting, or dine outdoors on the patio when the weather is nice. Residents may also eat in their apartment, although we encourage shared mealtimes whenever possible because dining together is a wonderful opportunity to socialize and build friendships.

Yes. Deer Creek Lodge has a new community transportation bus available to help residents get to scheduled outings, appointments, shopping trips, and other local destinations. Our transportation service makes it easier for residents to stay active, connected, and independent without having to worry about driving.

Yes. Residents are welcome to keep their own vehicles and can use the community’s outdoor parking lot. We also offer a covered parking garage with a limited number of spaces available for an additional fee, providing added convenience and protection from the weather.
Our regular visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., which is when the main doors are open for visitors. We understand that families may sometimes need to visit outside of these hours, and we are happy to make special accommodations whenever possible, especially when we know in advance. We encourage family and friends to visit and remain an active part of our residents’ lives.
Amenities include dining, housekeeping, transportation, fitness facilities, aquatic center membership, technology training, an art studio, library and computer center, media center, card and activity areas, beauty salon and barber shop, educational programming, and cultural and religious activities.
